March 3, 2008 Texas A&M's Porscha Lucas didn't have a clue how fast she'd run the 200 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships at Lincoln, Neb. She just knew she'd won the race. "When I looked at the scoreboard, I was shocked," Lucas said. "Then I was very, very happy. I just ran the race my coach told me to run. My coach always says run the race and the time will come." Lucas' time of 22.86 seconds is the best by a female in the 200 in the world this year. Lucas tied the Big 12 meet and Bob Devaney Sports Center record set in 2004 by Sanya Richards of Texas.
